A verification is a single end-to-end identity session for one person: capturing their document and selfie, authenticating the document, running liveness and face match, and returning a decision. Retries within the same session don't count as new verifications.
No. The free tier is genuinely card-free. You only provide billing details when you choose to activate the Annual Unlimited plan.
The annual plan renews each year and you can choose not to renew at any time before your term ends. For very high volume, on-premise deployment, a custom DPA or procurement requirements, contact sales and we'll tailor terms.
